                                              General Terms and Conditions
              General Terms for Acceptance and Delivery of Courier Parcels

1.      Parcel requests are accepted via the phone numbers listed on the website. 

2.     The packaging and contents of the parcel are the responsibility of the sender. The parcel must be properly packed, ensuring maximum protection from damage to the contents.

3.      When declaring the value of the parcel, the sender must present a supporting document (invoice or delivery note), the details of which are recorded by the courier.

4.      For parcels without or with insufficient packaging, CD TRANSPORT BG Ltd assumes no responsibility for any damage or lost items.

5.      For insured parcels, the sender must provide all necessary documents proving the declared value.

6.      For lost or damaged uninsured parcels, CD TRANSPORT BG Ltd pays a fixed compensation of £25.

7.       Each parcel is inspected by CD Transport BG Ltd staff for prohibited items and contents. 

              Prohibiten items and goods

1.       Narcotics, intoxicants, psychotropics, strong-acting or poisonous substances.

2.      Transport of alcohol, cigarettes, and tobacco is strictly prohibited and subject to confiscation. CD TRANSPORT BG Ltd holds no responsibility.

3.      Weapons, explosives, flammable substances, or other hazardous items.

4.      Items and substances that pose a danger to life and health of the courier or others, or could contaminate or damage other parcels.

5.      No coins, banknotes, platinum, gold, silver, processed or unprocessed precious stones or other valuable items are allowed in courier parcels.

               Parcel Delivery Times

1.      Delivery time is between 1.5 weeks and 2.5 weeks, depending on the destination and schedule.

2.     The sender is required to provide full recipient details: name, address, and phone number.

3.     CD TRANSPORT BG Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, bad weather, or force majeure.

4.     CD TRANSPORT BG Ltd guarantees confidentiality of recipient information, including parcel contents.

5.     CD TRANSPORT BG Ltd is not responsible for damage or loss if the recipient is not identified at the time of delivery, in the presence of the courier.

6.     CD TRANSPORT BG Ltd is not liable for indirect losses or missed profits due to damage, loss, theft, or delay in parcel delivery.

7.      These General Terms are part of the contract between CD TRANSPORT BG Ltd and its users and define the conditions for providing non-universal postal services.

8.      By signing the waybill, the CUSTOMER declares they are familiar with and agree to these General Terms.
